How we handle reviews

We think it matters that reviews give as accurate a picture as possible of our products and our service. Our reviews are therefore managed independently by WebwinkelKeur, ValuedShops. WebwinkelKeur has taken measures to safeguard the authenticity of reviews.

Part of the reviews is collected through automatic invitations to customers who actually ordered from KUUS. These verified reviews are marked as such and can be linked to a specific order.

In addition, reviews from external sources may appear on our WebwinkelKeur profile, for example from Amazon or KiyOh. That is why not all reviews shown come exclusively from verified buyers.

Our customers are not rewarded for writing a review. If something is given in return by way of exception, for example a gift or a discount, that is clearly marked with the review as a sponsored review.
