Returns and warranty

The quickest way

Fill in our withdrawal and returns form. It withdraws your purchase and registers the return in one step. Your return is then in our system straight away and you receive everything you need to send the parcel.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement. The easiest way is our online form. You can also send your statement by email or post to:

You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 30 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. Register the return through our returns form; there you receive everything you need to send the parcel. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 30 days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Additional conditions

Please return the goods in the original packaging where possible; this is not a condition for withdrawal. You may test the products the way you would in a shop. If you have not heard from us after 10 days, please contact us.

KUUS warranty

For purchases from 1 January 2026 we give a 2-year KUUS warranty from the delivery date. For purchases before 1 January 2026 the warranty is 1 year. This warranty applies in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer and does not limit them.

Within the warranty period we provide a suitable solution if a product has a manufacturing fault or technical defect. Depending on the product and the problem, this is a repair, a replacement or a refund. We first try to repair or replace the product.

The warranty applies to normal use. It does not cover damage or defects caused by:

incorrect or careless use.
dropping, impact or other damage from use.
water damage, swimming or submersion.
opening, modifying or repairing by you or a third party.
incorrect charging or unsuitable accessories.
normal wear, scratches, dents, discolouration or other signs of use.
external causes such as poor network coverage, wrong settings, a wrong SIM card, no credit or problems with external apps.

Our products are not waterproof unless stated otherwise.
