The KUUS. C2 camera is remarkably compact. It is a very small consumer camera that works with an app. The camera is as small as an ice cube but performs impressively. The footage is visible in high definition through the free KUUS. PRO app for smartphone and tablet. You can also read the footage on your computer afterwards. No lights are on while filming, so the camera stays out of sight.
Wireless security camera with battery
The camera has a battery that allows up to 150 minutes of wireless filming. To use it as a permanent surveillance camera, connect it with a charging cable. A 5 metre charging cable can be ordered separately.
Spy camera with motion detection

Wall mount

Reviewing and saving footage
Besides watching live, you can review recordings. With the included 32 GB memory card you can review about 4 days of footage. With a 64 GB card that is about 8 days on average. You can save the recordings to your phone. How long the recording lasts depends on how much movement there is in the room. The KUUS. C2 also works with the ONVIF and RTSP connectivity protocols.
Footage is safe
Many other cameras use a cloud on Chinese servers. We offer a safer alternative, which is why footage is stored on the memory card. The camera comes with a high quality 32 GB memory card so all videos and photos are stored right away. When the card is full, the KUUS. camera automatically deletes the oldest files so it can keep filming. The camera works with a 64 GB card at most.

Easy to connect to wifi and a lovely clear picture.
Nice product. The camera resolution is great for the price. Slight delay in the image and a soft hiss from the microphone, but for the price it is worth it. It is also very easy to connect to the app. Good product.

I use it as a camera for my H0 model railway. The video quality on the test run was outstanding!
The camera itself is fine. Unfortunately the manual is poor because the print is very small. Why is there no PDF of the manual on your website to download? The USB cable supplied is suitable for charging the camera, but not for transferring data to a PC. My Windows 11 PC does not recognise the camera as a USB device.
I cannot use it to film nuisance from dogs through the window.

Battery goes flat very quickly
Good camera, although we only got it running over wifi. It should really work without that too, saving to the card, at least that is how we read it. But perhaps that is a misunderstanding caused by the translation. Everything else works well! Drawback: viewing the videos on the camera is tedious, and if you want to watch them on the computer you have to install a program that can handle .media files. Not always standard, but solvable.

Can you record while charging?
Yes, you can use the camera while it is charging. That way you can use the KUUS. mini camera as a security camera. For the C2 a 5 metre charging cable is available.
How long does the battery last?
The total recording time on a full battery is a maximum of 90 minutes, whatever mode you have set, for example motion detection. You can extend the recording time by connecting the camera to a charger or a power bank.
How long can I film and review with the included 32 GB card?
A 32 GB memory card comes with the camera as standard. With this card you can review 5 days of video. After that the oldest files are overwritten, so the camera always keeps filming (video loop). The C2 can be extended with a 64 GB card, which doubles the amount.
Is the camera waterproof for outdoor use?
No, the camera is not waterproof.
Can I connect several cameras to one app?
Yes, you can pair 10 cameras with one account. This works through the KUUS. PRO app.
Are there subscription costs for the app?

Do the cameras have ONVIF and RTSP?
The KUUS. C2 has both ONVIF and RTSP. The C1 has neither.
Is my mini camera shipped discreetly and anonymously?
Yes. Our name is not on the plain shipping box, so from the outside you cannot tell there is a mini camera inside.
Does the camera also work without Wi-Fi?
Yes. You can use the KUUS camera without Wi-Fi too. Ideal if the internet drops out or is taken offline temporarily. You then view the footage afterwards in the KUUS. PRO app. Connect to the camera's own signal. After that you can review footage up to 5 days later. Note: this only works if a memory card is in the camera and you have enabled recording to the memory card in the settings.
What is the frame rate, frames per second?
C1: day vision and night vision are both 30 fps. C2: day vision 25 fps, night vision 15 fps.
Which power bank do you recommend to extend the battery time?
In principle the camera works with any power bank. The more mAh, the longer you can use the camera. The camera itself has a small 700 mAh battery. A 2,000 mAh power bank should in theory give about 7.5 extra hours of video. For the C2 we recommend an extra long cable. We offer a 5 metre charging cable so you can hang the camera wherever you want.
Can this camera be used as a bird box camera?
The KUUS C2 is not really an outdoor camera, but if it is built in well protected against the weather that is often no problem. From the positive feedback we see that more people use it as a nest box camera. The KUUS. C2 is sharp from a few centimetres, so it is suitable as a bird box camera. We do recommend ordering the separate 5 metre charging cable, because the battery only lasts a few hours.
Can you film from inside through double glazing to the outside?
Motion detection does not work when you film from inside to outside, but the footage is visible. That is because the motion sensors are blocked by the glass.
