Shipping your parcel

Orders placed on working days before 22:00 are handed to the carrier the same working day.

Handling, packaging and postage are included in the price. We cannot combine two separately placed orders, but that costs you nothing extra because we ship every order free of charge.

• Track and trace is sent automatically to the email address used to place the order.
• All products except the KUUS. C2 and BM1 fit through the letterbox. If you are not home at delivery, the courier tries again, leaves the parcel with a neighbour or takes it to a pick-up point.
• Delivery is without a signature.
• We ship discreetly, with no sender on the parcel.

Shipping costs

We ship free of charge to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Austria. There is no minimum order value.

Delivery time

Netherlands: within 2 working days. Belgium, Germany and Austria: 2 to 3 working days after payment. During busy periods such as Christmas or public holidays delivery may take a little longer.

Right of withdrawal and returns

You can withdraw from the agreement within 30 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.

How to send a parcel back: fill in the returns form further down this page. Your return is then registered with us straight away and you receive the next steps. There is no return address without registering.

You can also tell us about your withdrawal in another way, for example by email to support@kuus.shop or with the model withdrawal form.

We refund all payments, including delivery costs, no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal. We may wait with the refund until we have received the goods back or you have shown that you have sent them. The direct costs of returning the goods are for your account.

Please return the goods in the original packaging where possible; this is not a condition for withdrawal. You may test the product the way you would in a shop. If you have not heard from us after 10 days, please contact us.
